Shipping policy
Once your order is processed, packed and dispatched (approx. 1-3 business days), please allow 3-7 business days for deliveries. Deliveries to remote areas can take from 7-10 business days.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
You will be able to track your order by entering the consignment number at auspost.com.au/track
Delivery Confirmation
We use Australia Post's tracking service to confirm delivery. Once an order is marked as delivered by Australia Post, it is considered fulfilled, and we are no longer liable for lost or stolen packages.
Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays in delivery times as they are out of our control. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
What to Do If Your Order Is Marked as Delivered but You Haven't Received It
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check with neighbors or other members of your household to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.

Look around your property, including any safe drop locations, as the carrier may have left the parcel in a secure spot.

Contact your local Australia Post office with your tracking number to confirm the delivery details and verify where the package was left.

If your package cannot be located, you may submit a lost item claim directly with Australia Post. More details are available at auspost.com.au/help-and-support/missing-or-lost-items.
